Behavioral Health Integration: Final Report

This assessment evaluates the evidence on the clinical effectiveness and value of the integration of behavioral health services into primary care settings and reviews barriers and potential policy options for the implementation of such integrated care. This assessment formed the basis of two recent meetings of the California Technology Assessment Forum (CTAF) and New England Comparative Effectiveness Public Advisory Council (CEPAC), regional independent bodies that convene publicly to vote on recently completed evidence reviews and engage in discussions with subject matter experts to help decision makers in each region interpret comparative effectiveness information and provide recommendations for its application to practice and policy.
