Noemi Fluetsch, MPH
Noemi Fluetsch joined ICER in 2018 as a research assistant. In her role, Noemi applies her background in psychology, behavioral sciences, and public health to support health technology assessment activities by assisting with systematic reviews, conducting literature searches, and screening studies.
Prior to joining ICER, Noemi interned at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in the Office of Emergency Preparedness where she reviewed health care preparedness and response capabilities, and also identified health care priorities. She also worked on the MDPH Hospital Initiative for which she identified central services to support the DPH patient population, examined the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital’s current designation as an acute care facility, and reviewed the existing relationship with the Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental Health.
Noemi holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from MCPHS University, where she received extensive training in epidemiology and statistical programming. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich.
