Noemi Fluetsch, MPH
Research Assistant, Health Economics and Outcomes Research
Noemi joined ICER in 2018. In her role as a research assistant (HEOR), Noemi supports multiple complex projects in coordination with the Director of Evidence Review, Research Lead(s), and Associate Director of Health Economics, including preparing reports and synthesizing analytical results. She also assists with the generation of evidence-based clinical recommendations and policies related to the use of new and existing medical technologies.
Prior to joining ICER, Noemi interned at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in the Office of Emergency Preparedness where she reviewed health care preparedness and response capabilities and identified health care priorities. She also worked on the MDPH Hospital Initiative for which she identified central services to support the DPH patient population, examined the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital’s current designation as an acute care facility, and reviewed the existing relationship with the Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental Health. Noemi holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from MCPHS University, where she received extensive training in biostatistics, epidemiology, and statistical programming. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich.
