Senior Research Lead, Evidence Synthesis
Patricia joined the research team at ICER in 2014. As a Research Lead, Patricia conducts systematic reviews and meta-analyses of the comparative effectiveness of emerging health technologies. Prior to joining ICER, Patricia was active in the international development sphere. She helped conduct Liberia’s first national Household Income and Expenditure survey with the Liberia Institute for Statistics and Geo-Information Services, assisted Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA in evaluating the monitoring and evaluation capacity of its Food Security and Livelihoods Program, and spent three years serving the United States Peace Corps as a Youth Development Facilitator in Cajamarca, Peru. Patricia’s career has allowed her to travel internationally to such countries as Liberia, Nepal, India, Bolivia, and Peru. She holds a Master of Science in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts’ Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Providence College.
